Speaking of "wealth of info", it's not an encyclopedia on weight loss. It won't teach you how to be a trainer, and you won't earn a bachelor's of science when you're done. It's an easy read that teaches you the 10in30 way of getting fit: "Only what you need to know" so you get on with your life. Weight control and fitness doesn't have to take up your entire life.
Don't do the Keto diet. You'll die. Just kidding. But seriously, you'll die ------ of frustration from not eating carbs. Why would you do that to yourself? Do you not like yourself? You should, because you are great. I think so and you should think so too. With the eating plan in this book (it's not a friggin diet, it's just eating sensibly), you'll see that you can eat carbs, fries, donuts, whatever and still lose weight. We show you how.

Lose the unwanted body fat without relying on dehydrating yourself and catabolizing yourself. Look that word up if you need to. I'll wait. Ok, I'll just tell you: It means that you are in a destructive mode of using your own body as fuel, specifically your muscles. You do not want to use any part of your muscle as fuel (as energy). That's bad. Muscle gives you form, shape, sexiness. Without firm muscle, you can lose weight, but you'll be shapeless and still look like crap, just a smaller version. This is commonly known as "skinny fat". Very unhealthy. That's the worse way to be because it's losing on both sides: the body fat side (too much bodyfat) and the muscle side (very little muscle). Lose lose.
