I use proven methods that increase flexibility by 10% at every session that work safely and are extremely effective.rnrnAthletic Injury Help: I have loads of experience working with injured clients over the years. I've never injured anyone during a training session! But have typically helped to reset pain free ranges of motion of injured areas. This typically happens with just a few minutes of properly executed exercise and possibly stretches depending on the type of injury. I use goniometers regularly to measure your range of motion to show improvements in the affected areas.rnrnBody Composition Measurement Testing: Body circumference measurements to determine the reality of your body transformation journeyrnrnCooking Tutorial: If you need assistance learning how to cook more traditionally, then this is definitely for you. I have taught cooking classes over the last few years in a seminar format and can help you in the kitchen to learn the right techniques to maximize nutrients per calorie!rnrnExercise Prescription: I can help you figure out where you are going wrong (and RIGHT!) with your current workout program. This can include the below fatigue testing and fiber type testing to help determine what is ideal for your body. The wrong exercise prescription will be incredibly wasteful and possibly damaging.rnrnFatigue Testing: These are muscle tests to determine your genetic capability to withstand exercise volume (the amount of exercise to perform). All muscles are different in your body and require sufficient exercise volume and sufficient rest to make the best progress.rnrnFiber Type Testing: Fiber types are genetically set and determine whether you are an endurance athlete or a sprinter/strength athlete! One can't magically become the other just by training different. The body doesn't respond that way. By determining your fiber type in each muscle, you can finally start getting incredible results because fiber types determine how many repetitions you'll need to perform on each set!rnrnIn Home Personal Training: Just as it sounds. I come to your house! You'll want to get weights, a bench or a home exercise machine because body weight training won't do much to transform your body.rnrnNutritional Consulting: I'll come to your house and I'll analyze what you are eating now, looking in your cupboards, refrigerator and freezer to show you where improvements can be made. I'll also review your entire diet, cravings, snacks, pre and post-workout nutrition to help you determine what is perfect for you. I'll review required supplements (there are a few that you just absolutely need but not as many as you think!) based on your dietary choices/preferences.rnrnOnline Coaching: With online coaching, we can use Skype, FaceTime or Google Hangouts or just the phone to explain/review your workout, give you tips, motivation, provide nutritional advice to help keep you on track for your transformation!rnrnPhone Grocery Shopper: This is a pretty neat service I must admit. When you go grocery shopping, haven't you always wanted to know for sure which foods are good, which are great and which you should avoid like the plague?!?! Get your bluetooth and earbuds ready, because I can help you shop for great groceries over the phone! I can help you discern your food choices based on ingredients or nutrient levels while you are shopping! This is basically "Dial a Nutritionist"!
