Independent HR Consultant Looking for Work.

Let me come in and meet with you, (President, Owner, CEO) and put together a plan/contract to work with you and your employees. I will evaluate what areas need to be worked on based on our initial meeting. I will develop a very clear plan and will show you what needs to be done and how you can improve work flow and how your employees can offer you more professionally in their job positions.

WHAT IS NEEDED.... AND WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION.

1. Administer various HR plans and procedures for all organization personnel; develop and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and help you maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual and all other manuals needed for HR.

2. Help you develop all departmental goals, objections and systems

3. Administer the compensation programs, monitor performance evaluations programs and help revise any that may be in place to be up to date and fair for all employees.

4. Create and initiate benefits administration, including claims resolutions, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to all employees in all departments.

5. Develop and maintain affirmative action programs, files, reports that are needed annually, and maintain all other records, reports and logs to confirm with EEO regulations and procedures

6. Show you how to conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and non exempt personnel, students, and temporary employees, conduct new employee orientations, monitor and/or career path programs as well as write and place advertisements to get a larger response when hiring people

7. Create employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing

8. How to create and implement staff meeting (Town Hall Meetings) and attend other meetings and seminars created to help educate as well as be part of a team with your employees and help them achieve all their goals to help the company grow and prosper.

9. Create and show you how to maintain evaluations of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to establish goals and objectives for all employees; Recommended new approaches that "fit" with the company's mission statement and policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and the services for all.

10. Create and show you how to evaluate all reports, decisions and results of company in relation to establishing goals for all employees, Recommended new approaches and policies to continually improve all around efficiency.

11. Create and show you how to maintain Human Resource information systems records and complies reports from a specifically designed database.

12. Create and help maintain compliance with Federal State and Local Employment and Benefits Law and Regulations.

13. Show you how to start a coach and a mentoring program to help you establish the skills and the abilities of all your employees and how they can better work for you and help your company grow.

14. To provide support and over all consultation at various capacities and to have all rules and regulations in place with OSHA and to fully make your company run smoothly as well as making it a very safe and happy environment for you and your employees.

We can then set up an in person consultation at your office to discuss your needs. My initial in person consultation fee is $200.00. paid by either company check or in cash.

All other consultation work after the "initial sit down" will be discussed based on your companies needs. A very detailed and extensive contract will then be drawn up to be signed by both parties clearly outlining the work that needs to be done. My hourly rate for all work is $50.00 an hour to be paid at the end of EACH WEEK.
