Custodians - Full and Part Time Opportunities

Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services has an immediate need for Full and Part Time Facility Specialists for our NEW Fargo location that will be responsible for performing tasks related to overall maintenance and security of our facilities and grounds to include but not limited to:rnrn•Assist in general maintenance: replace light bulbs, repair drywall, painting, etc.rn•Receive and document incoming deliveriesrn•Receive, transport and assemble furniture/equipmentrn•Prepare clinics for studies – clean restrooms and make bedsrn•Operating all cleaning equipment – vacuum and floor bufferrn•Perform general housekeeping of offices and restroomsrn•Maintain accurate/detailed logs of all shift activitiesrn•Control/document employee and visitor access to all facilitiesrn•Monitor/document/respond to security and freezer alarmsrn•Perform/document facility inspections at designated intervalsrn•Complete incident reports for unusual events such as disruptive participants, workplace injuries, etc.rn•Receive/route telephone callsrn•Oversee receipt, delivery and dispatch of mail and packagesrn•Perform other duties as assigned.rnrnQualifications:rn•HS Diploma or equivalent required, or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.rn•Candidate must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules and regulations and instructions; use simple math adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units or measure; prepare routine documents and write basic correspondence; apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral and written format.rn•Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.rnrnGreat Benefits and Competitive Hourly Rate!rnEOE
