Due to health reasons we need to sell our Silent Valley RV Membership we will pay the transfer fee. Silent Valley Resort is a 5 star Club, it Is located 25 miles north of Palm Springs. Interested parties can call 661-949-3942 for further details. The new owner will pay $85 for a background check. The dues are $625.00 a year.
