Assume Vivint Contract

I have sold my home and the new owners do not want the security system. I have 24 months left on the contract. Vivint will come and install a full monitoring system for free if you sign up for 48 months of service, or for $99 they will install the system and you simply take over the 24 months I have left. the service is $73.13 per month.rnThe system includes thermostat, door locks, one camera and glass breaks to lower level. The system can be monitored/adjustment via a smart phone app.
