Below are the most common reasons for falling off the wagon after making weight loss your goal.
1. Motivation wears off. Simply put, you found motivation and changed your mindset to want to be healthy and fit and finally lose the weight; but keeping yourself motivated is difficult to maintain.
2. Weight loss is hard. Beginning to lose weight means changing habits, changing diet and teaching yourself to live a different lifestyle each day. As time goes on, many fall back into their old comfortable habits.
3. Getting stuck. With weight loss comes many struggles such as losing weight very fast in the beginning and then seeing a slowing down process, or "getting stuck." You continue to stay on track with your diet and are still working out, but for weeks you still don't seem to make the scale move.
