For Seniors Experiencing / At Risk of Homelessness

Hands Senior Foundation offers Helping housing assistance and other resources to seniors experiencing homelessness, or about to lose their housing. We are a nonprofit whose goal is to assist seniors in our community in any way we can. Housing details & pricing varies by location and can be based on ability to pay, care, Medi-Cal or VA programs among other factors.

We offer our services at no out of pocket cost. To qualify must be 65 or older or have a qualified disability. Call (909) 474-2504 to complete the intake process.

- Grants, VA benefits & other financial assistance
- Food donations
- Hygiene and PPE donations
- Medical equipment donations
