Rick Howell, sole-proprietor of R. B. Travis, has been in the construction business for over 30 years. He is a State of California licensed Plumbing Contractor and General Contractor, License # 671157, in good standing, bonded and insured for liability and worker’s compensation. The company operations include a 24-hour emergency plumbing service for repair, replacement and/or new plumbing installations, as well as all phases of general construction.A majority of the work we do are remodels,sewer lines, septic abatement's, septic tank/leach field installations, commercial tenant improvements, re-pipes, and fire, water, and gas lines. We are the contractor for all Restaurant Depot Stores; providing them with Tenant Improvements.Remodeling. We are the sole plumbing contractor for all SAVE MART / FOOD MAXX Supermarkets located in the San Jose and the Bay Area. We handle any emergency plumbing needs as well as maintenance when requested by store management. In addition, we are also a contractor for State Farm Insurance and have been for approximately 1O years.
