Troubleshooting issues on Amazon alexa app

1. Alexa can't find the smart-home device
If you are trying to add smart-home devices to your Alexa speaker, then check the Wi-Fi frequency of your device. Some devices can only connect to 2.4 GHz and not 5 GHz frequencies. If your device connects to the 5GHz network then change to 2,4GHz network on the router.
2. Alexa disconnect from Wi-Fi
• Open the Alexa app. Go into the setting and selecting Wi-Fi.
• Select your device and then select update Wi-Fi.
• Enter the username and password again. The password is case sensitive, so, “case" and "CASE" are two types of different passwords, that's the main thing so fill this password carefully.
• If you saved your Wi-Fi password to Amazon, but you want to change the password then you need to re-enter new password. And connect to Wi-Fi again.
3. Alexa Doesn’t Understand
You must have a strong Wi-Fi connection. If your Alexa device is on the floor, place into the higher location.
4. Issues streaming with Spotify
Amazon's Alexa speakers are capable of streaming music from third-party services like Spotify, Pandora, and iHeartRadia etc. To unlink Spotify, open the Alexa app go into settings>music & media>spotify. Click into unlink account from Alexa and confirm by tapping unlink. Then you can tap link account on spotify.com.and sign in to account again.
5. Alarms and notification volume loud
• Go into Alexa app on your handset.
• Go into the setting panel.
• Select your device.
• Then select the sound option. With the help of this icon, you can increase or decrease to volume into Alexa app.
