Obbas Way Charities hereby notifies the community that possession of the closed Washington Elementary School located at 15227 S. Winchester Ave. Harvey, IL 60426 will be executed under the Eminent Domain Act.
Date of Possession: Jan 2, 2025
This action is taken in accordance with the Eminent Domain Act (735 ILCS 30/) to facilitate Make Harvey Great Again Community Development Center.
