Looking for female only to rent a room in Tustin. Bathroom is shared with my daughter. House is on a cul de sac. Will consider one child. Looking for busy and quiet and respectful roommmate who works and goes to school. Area is north Tustin near Tustin ranch and Irvine. It's 20 minutes to UCI and 15 min to chapman university. Rent includes utilities and internet.
