New building, cozy renovation. There are five people: 2 in one room, and 3 in another. Rooms are in excellent condition, as whole house is. We have a place in room for three for just $749 per month! (there will be two other guys in the same room at another beds)

There is all you could possibly need: gym, supermarket, bar. Walk of Fame is just in 7 minutes away. Everything included. Long-term only. Usually everyone do 3 - 12 month.
Security deposit is 400$.
-50$ per month, if you stay here year and more.
