Quiet, Christian home, two occupants. Must be 35 years of age or older. Females only.
No children, no overnight guests, no smoking or drinking, no cursing, no pets.
Must sign a rental agreement.
Must have verifiable employment–no private employers.
Must be full vaccinated with proof of vaccination.
This is a month to month lease. Looking for long-term tenant.
$600 a month. $400 security deposit, which is refundable if you give a 30-day notice before you move out. Shared bathroom with one person. Laundry privileges once a week –you pick the day. Kitchen privileges. Driveway parking. Must be able to pass criminal background check; owner will pay for it.
