Renting a room

Renting a spacious room for one person! Full communal kitchen with a shared refrigerator. All utilities are included along with an on-site washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is available to all residents. Private back yard with assigned parking.

The two current tenants are both women. Per their request they would feel most comfortable with another woman renting out the available room.

As the owner of the house, I do not reside in the main house.
