I am a 29 year old female with lots to offer to your home or your family with exchange for a free living space to live couch for bedroom for a couple of months to help me get my own spot so I can save my money I have steady income every month and I go to school Monday through Friday 5 hours of the day I am willing to be your maid/helper/assistant do chores such as washing dishes vacuum organize household bills file dust clean windows clean your car do your laundry go to the grocery store I have a valid driver's license a good driving record take pick up the kids from school take them to soccer practice run errands deliver drop off packages I know how to cook the basics spaghetti rice chicken Etc I can walk your dog three times a day my expected graduation date is March 2018 so for now I will be gone part of the day for about 5 hours and I need a nice quiet place to do homework for 2 hours I will either do at your home or Starbucks other than that I like to visit my family on the weekend so I might spend the night once in awhile at family members house but I cannot do it too often because there is limited space I have lots of nieces and nephews so I'm good with kids I've never been to jail you are more than welcome to run a background check I do not carry a lot of luggage with me just my clothes and shoes and my school books and my backpack most of my stuff stays in my car really just need a place to lay my head and shower I will buy my own toiletries and can afford my own food U don't have to worry about any of that I'm a respectful honest loyal clean single woman if interested in this exchange please email me ASAP must need a place before Friday July 14th 2017 I speak English and Spanish I prefer someone that stays in the San Fernando Valley 818 something local .
