Looking for a 1 bed / 1 bath

Hi,
My partner Sandy and I are looking for a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment or backhouse. Our baggage includes 2 kind, loving, happy smaller Dogs who are trained to go potty outside, and a slightly overweight cat who just loves to lounge and sleep all day. they DO NOT ruin any kind of property. We have been living in 'complex' type apartments for the last 4 years, and are looking for something significantly cheaper to save up. We are both very responsible, with steady incomes.
