I live here and love it.The pictures are available on the link. The place is available for June, July and August. The place is really cool, located in the very center of Philly, near a 247 Walgreens, near most bars and good restaurants, near the Trolley 15th st station, and the apartment is super comfy, big, and new and well decorated. Not a single flaw. Thus the higher end price. We pay 3120 USD utilities internet each month so we would be charging exactly that or half for only one room.
