$1377 Two bedroom Apartment for rent

Sublet.com Listing ID 2816869 I am moving out of the city for , and looking to sublet my two bedroom, two bathroom, 1186 sq. ft. apartment. My current lease is up June of 2017, at which time you can sign a new lease if you wish to stay. You will keep my original security deposit of 99, but will be responsible for any application or other fees that the apartment charges. Monthly rent is 1402, but changes every 3 months to include water charges. My monthly utilities run around 64 dollars. I will also pay the month of Augusts rent.
