Sublet.com Listing ID 3415952 We just moved out of our duplex rental, and need to sublease it for the remainder of our lease. The unit is 3 bedrooms2 bathrooms and is 1,992 sqft. It is located off Duval near the Balcones Park. Very close and convenient to the Domain. Neighbors are very nice. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The duplex has a small fenced in yard in back and a garage. We pay 1275month, but rent can be negotiated. Our lease ends 3118 and rent will go back to landlords rate if you decide to resign with them. We moved out because we bought a house. Landlord has been fine and location is great.
