This is to notify you that the undersigned claims a Warehouseman’s Statutory Lien on those goods listed on the attached Warehouse receipt.

The goods were stored in the ware house of the undersigned on June 6, 2019


$2293.60 is the balance of the moving services. Past Due $11468.80 Due upon receipt.

Demand is therefore made that the full amount of this claim be paid within ten (10) days after the receipt of this Notice.

UNLESS THS CLAIM IS PAID WITHIN TEN(10) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE THE ABOVE DESCRIBED GOODS WILL BE ADVERTISED FOR SALE AND SOLD BY AUCTION AT 12 NOON AT 600 NE 185 STREET MIAMI FLORIDA 33179.

This Notice of Sale us given under the pursuant to the provisions of Section 677.210 of the Florida Uniform Commercial Code for the purposes of enforcing the lien of the undersigned as warehouseman.
