Small yorkie Puppies great with Kids and Other Pets

Very nice yorkie puppy's ready for a loving home.potty training so far and is eager to please. Already socialized with kids and many other animals including farm animals. He's both the problem and the coolest of the two. He lets our kids pet him and he's crazy friendly but if he can't go outside he gets mad and starts peeing on stuff. It's a precise formula: If he can be let outside when he wants all is well and he uses the litter box inside- if he can't go out he pees on our stuff. His sister doesn't mark and is friendly as well (loves pets and all that) she's just not "come when called and go on walks with you" cool like the male. We're bummed to have to part ways with them but it's not like we can buy a new house to accommodate friggin' cats. I'll probably ask you for proof that you have a good place for them but there will be $three hundered charge and they'll come with some puppy stuff. If you have the land you'll be getting some top-notch pets.
We have a pair of yorkie that were raised as indoor/outdoor pets. We've moved and indoor/outdoor pets are frowned on in our area (for good reason, we certainly understand they can be a nuisance) and the male is not having it 11 weeks. He is extremely loyal and wants nothing more then to follow you around and hang out with his people. Teddy is looking for a adult home or home with older children that has a lot of time and attention to give him. Re-homing fee applies.
