Action Auctions and Estates is a family owned and operated business located in Cape Coral, FL. Auctioneer Fred Roenigk, has over 35+ years in the antique industry and with his wife, Joy, handle day-to-day affairs involved in the auctions themselves. Joy, with a great deal of help from her daughter, Mandee Firestone, handle the technical details of the business. Fred and Joy's granddaughter Karlee supplies and runs concessions for auctions.

One advantage to an auction or estate sale is that during the auctioning process, people will have a chance to view the property you wish to sell.

In addition to an on-site or in-house auction, we also offer live internet bidding to maximize your sales potential.

Our service area is Lee, Charlotte, and Collier counties in specific--Potentially the entire Sunshine State. We also provide you with a complete printout of your purchases. All payouts can be expected within seven (7) days or less, and we accept all credit cards, as well as PayPal.
