Port Clerk

Requirements:

Must have prior experience working with ports and related web sites.

1-2 years’ experience required

Strong multi-tasking skills

Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

Must be able to work under pressure

Must be highly reliable and adaptable

Job Description

Manage E-mail, verify container availability, arrange daily port schedules for dispatch.

Efficient scheduling of deliveries to ensure optimal use of company trucks and drivers.

Effective communication with dispatch and clients to ensure flawless execution of deliveries.
