Customer Service/Retail Clerk
POSITION PROFILE:
PakMail is currently looking for a part-time customer-oriented individual who has retail / UP-SELL experience, is well organized, professional and comfortable selling, to help provide entry-level office support services within our Covina location. Position is responsible for providing print/pack/ship services, operating office equipment, and conducting related office duties. Position is part-time 25-35 hours per week.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer services to clients
Sort Mail and distribute accordingly
Social Media Marketing
Process outgoing mail and shipments (USPS, DHL, Fed-Ex, UPS)
Wrap packages
Check in customer drop off boxes
Gift wrap packages
Help customers with faxing/copies
Keep shop clean and inventory stocked
Run errands (i.e. drop offs at post office)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish - Oral and Written)
Ability to provide outstanding customer service is a MUST!
Sales oriented
Prompt, reliable and responsible.
Good computer skills
Must have excellent people skills.
Possess the ability to apply organizational skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to multi-task.
Notary license a plus (not required).
