KDS Marketing is currently hiring for In-Store Demo Personnel. If you are outgoing, enjoy meeting new people and are looking for job where you can use your enthusiastic personality then KDS Marketing is the place for you!rnrnThe In-Store Demo Personnel generates excitement, brand awareness, and increases product sales through event sampling and promotions. The Demo Personnel is responsible for reading all program materials, set up and breakdown of their working area, preparing and sampling products on scheduled event days. rnrnDuties and Responsibilities: rn- Engage the consumer by creating brand awareness and enthusiasm.rn- Dynamically and aggressively sell product to consumers.rn- Sample product to consumers (may include cooking).rn- Ability to prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, skillets, coffee makers and knives.rn- Can maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station.rn- Maintains a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.rn- Properly sets up and prepares Event Table for execution.rn- Achieves 100% execution on assigned work.rn- Completes report forms as per company policy.rn- Prepares and submits all required documents on the same day as event execution.rn- Ability to stand for a minimum of six (6) hoursrn- Follow all food safety requirements and regulations.rnrnMost of the events are on the weekends, but some possibly on weekdays. This part time job gives you the flexibility to choose your own schedule. All events pay a per hour rate depending on the time and client.rn
