Coordinate and assign volunteers and actively participate in the delivery of program care and ensure safety of the children participating in the program. Contribute to the maintaining of high levels of utilization of assets and equipment & 90% occupancy of facilities.rn2. Contribute to the maintaining the maintenance schedule and maintain a high level of maintenance with all facilities, assets and equipment. rn3. Contribute to the maintaining of accurate and appropriate levels of supplies and resources.rn4. Carryout regular health & safety inspections.rnFinancial & Human ResourcesrnrnGoals: Develop and maintain a high performance level for all staff; Staff members fully understand what expectations are placed on them; Maintain and comply with all government and industry standards;rnJob Responsibilities & Dutiesrn1. Implement age appropriate programs for children age 0-12rn2. Greet, assign and direct volunteers, including those from assigned churches; ensure ratios are being maintained and safety and security procedures are being followed at all times.rn3. Promote a healthy, inviting environment.rn4. Treat each parent, child, co-worker, and parent with dignity and respect.rn5. Implement and model age appropriate disciplinary techniques.rn6. Monitor the appearance and learning environment of the Parenting Center.rn7. Supervise, direct and support students and volunteers with their assigned duties.rn8. Practice proper reporting procedures as per the Parenting Center policies and procedures for accidents/incidents, and discipline.rn9. Maintain confidentiality regarding staff, families, and children at all times.rn10. Oversee the safety and security of all volunteers and children.rn11. Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed workplace.rn12. Communicate with Case Manager any challenges or difficulties as they arise.rn13. Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate.rn8. Maintain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.rn9. Maintain membership in good standing status at a local Bible-believing church.rn10. Signed acknowledgment of the OCRM Statement of Faith.rn11. Regular timely attendance.
