Human Resource Director

On My Own, Inc. is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Director. This person will responsible for the day-to-day human resource operations including planning, development and administration of staffing, training, benefit programs, and policy and organizational changes. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration, federal and state laws as well as the ability to review, analyze and interpret state contracts and health care laws to meet mandated requirements. A Bachelors degree from an accredited college with a minimum of 15 credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Personnel, Business or Public Administration, Law, Social Sciences, Education or a closely related field; and three or more years of professional human resources experience in areas such as employee development, recruitment and selection, compensation or employee benefits. Applicants must also be registered with the Family Care Safety Registry and pass a background check as well as a drug screening.
