The motivated & talented solutions-based achievers will thrive.rnrnResponsibilities Include:rnrnOversee and lead a team of remote housekeeping leads and housekeepers, ensuring work is done in a timely and efficient manner.rnExecute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Vacasa policies and applicable laws that include but are not limited to: recruiting qualified housekeepers to build a strong team, storage and supplies management, training, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; hours approval, lead weekly team meetingsrnLead the housekeeping team by example by embodying and living Vacasa's core valuesrnImplement and enforce highest quality of housekeeping standards.rnOversee cleaning assignments, deep cleaning, tickets, and inspectionsrnImplement change by communicating, enforcing and inspiring Vacas's housekeeping vision to the housekeeping teamrnCreate an atmosphere that fosters growth, development of skills, teamwork, and fun in order to maximize the production of the individual and the team rnReport directly to centrally located Housekeeping ManagerrnRequirements:rnrnProven knowledge and experience in general housekeeping, deep cleaning and best practices. rnExperience in housekeeping operations and management is highly desired.rnA minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.rnSolid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Internet access is required for this position.rnAbility and desire to work for a growing, fast paced start-up company with an evolving structure and frequently changing computer systems and policies.rnSelf-motivated and self-sufficient, while having the confidence to seek guidance and direction as needed.rnAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet competing deadlines.rnDetail oriented and strong organizational abilities.rnClear and tactful communication.rnStrong interpersonal and customer service skills.rnAbility to take direction and apply constructive feedback.rnReliable transportation is a must.rnWorking Conditions:rnrnThis is a position that will keep you on your feet. It will require you to travel to homes and perform inspections and/or cleans. Reliable transportation is essential for the success of this position as you will be required to travel to homes on a regular basis. You will also be required to utilize your tech skills on a daily basis to work with our state-of-the-art housekeeping system and troubleshoot problems with your team and solve daily housekeeping issues. Work is completed under deadlines with changing priorities.
