Cook II's - Grill, Floater, ExpornrnrnComplete set-up, operation and breakdown of the grill station. Preps for the grill specials and daily production of meals. Grills vegetables and meat for pantry and catering orders as needed. Responsible for prepping fresh ingredients from scratch for the salad bar and composed salads, and setting up, maintaining and breaking down the salad bar. Aid kitchen with other duties as assigned. Complete setup, operation and breakdown of the exhibition station. Preps for the EXPO entree.
