Position includes basic food prep, ability to follow recipes accurately, stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to promote a smooth service, and all other tasks assigned by managementrnrnJOB REQUIREMENTS: rnThe successful candidates must:rn- Have a professional and positive demeanorrn- Have good communication skillsrn- Be punctual and dependablern- Excellent hygiene and grooming rn- High school graduate or equivalent rn- Minimum one (1) year of line cook experience. rn- Be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length. rn- Be able to reach, bend, kneel and frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds.rn- Be familiar with cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and variety of other kitchen equipment.rn- Be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English. rn- Be able to listen attentively. rn- Have a valid ServSafe certification. rn- Must be able to follow the Health Standards of the food service industryrn- Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. rn- Be legally able to work in the U.S.rnrnRequired experience:rnrnRestaurant/Hotel Cooking: 1 year
