Registered Nurses for Home Health

We are Physicians Choice Home Health, an established company of 23 years seeking RN - Registered Nurses to make home visits in South Bay, Long Beach and surrounding areas.

Seeking RN nurses who are professional, compassionate, responsible, reliable and organized. Our patients are mainly seniors with needs for care and teaching of: Med compliance, IV therapy, CHF management, wound care, diabetes management etc.

Main Responsibility:
- RN performs comprehensive assessment exams and health histories

Other Responsibilities:
- RN administers medications, wound care and personalized interventions
- RN directs and supervises care delivered by LVNs and therapists
- Teaching and treatment
- Case Management with LVNs

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of med-surge experience.
Home health experience is preferred but not required.
