Looking for home health LPN to do 12-16 hour shifts, that understands care for a medically fragile boy that's critical care & on a ventilator, requires a caring person to take care of the whole person. He also is on home hemodialysis. He is total care, has all the ostomies one can think of (trach, g-tube, vesicostomy, bilateral ureterostomies, colostomy, mucus fistula). Must be willing to keep patient spaces clean, neat & tidy, laundry, equipment cleaning, all surfaces & equipment wiped down, etc. If you are up to the challenge of taking care of a special sweet boy (who's almost 24 years old, but looks like a teenager, is like a baby, is 4 foot tall, and weighs between 75-85 lbs.), please contact me by email, provide me with your resume, references, license number and you must have your Level 2 background completed for APD (please bring me a copy of this letter) along with all your other certifications. We have two (2) full time and one (1) part-time position. Please no smokers or anyone who has animals, as our son is very allergic to nicotine, animal hair and dander and strong smells. Good hygiene is a must. My motto is clean-neat and tidy. So you must be highly organized and be an organizer and able to keep good records, and to do detailed documentation. You need to clean up after yourself and keep things clean and disinfected. Attire is scrubs. Bring your own food and drinks. Thank you.
