Inner Elements Yoga

Opening our doors in 2010, our team had a dream to create a sacred space where our students and teachers could gather to celebrate their yoga practice, gain strength, increase their flexibility, de-stress, and become more grounded and connected to their bodies. Two years later this dream continues to grow and evolve into the amazing studio we are today!
