What to expect when you train with me: I am a certified personal trainer with a second certification in Senior Fitness Training. I also have a specialty in Water Workouts which is proven to be the preferred method of training in the senior population and recommended by the ACSM. I help clients reach goals ranging from gaining muscle strength, lose body fat, rehabilitation, stress reduction and cardio enhancement. Live healthier and improve performance!!

My favorite exercise is: I do a program in the water called "Aqua Pump". It is a combination class involving cardio elevation, exercises and toning.

My favorite client story is: I have a client in her late 70's and came to me with atrophy in her biceps. She wanted to build definition so that she would look attractive in a sleeveless dress. After about 3 months the definition she was looking for was now becoming apparent. Her overall strength and emotional being was improved. She is still my client today, over a year later!!
