We do Hot Power Yoga like nobody else in the Tampa Area. It's not the class you are selecting to attend. It's the experience you walk away with after you roll your mat back up and tuck it away until the next experience. Our heat is AMAZING! It's an exclusive system designed to deliver 90F with 65% humidity the second the first DownDog is called. It adjusts to the number of bodies in the room so it is always right on the money. Our floors aren't unforgiving hardwood floors or carpet that traps smelly odors. Our floors are designed to provide the best cushioning for your joints, falls and face plants when doing Crow! They have an exclusive antibacterial barrier which sweat can not penetrate and people can't slip. The heat and floors are function at the max! From the second you walk into the space you will be energized into challenging yourself to come to new edges. So we covered heat, floors, energizing space, what really makes us stand tall is our teaching style. We are a LIve, Love, Teach Affiliate Yoga Studio which means we have trained for years with a group of Master Teachers who know what it takes to have powerful packed rooms where people feel like they are always part of the party. We teach in the Baptiste Power Yoga style so we don't demo, we verbally que powerful practices. We are edgy, fun, creative and know how to raise the roof! The space holds 69 people which makes for even more powerful practices. We specialize in the athletic, power, come to your edge, strength, flexibility, agility, focus and endurance practice. You will leave feeling charged and ready to take on whatever comes your way.
We offer an Early Riser Experience at 5:30AM-6:30AM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We offer a mid morning class at 10:00 AM everyday . We offer a 5:30PM and a 7:00PM experience everyday. We have a Special Way to get Youth Started early for better sports recovery, focus in school, and a simply cool way of hanging with friends. We offer Private Strength, Flexibility and Endurance Training to add to the serious health conscious person or the person who just wants one on one training. And most importantly we offer a one of a kind way to make every beginner successful with our Friends Starting Together program.
