Seeking an enthusiastic and committed part-time and full time dietary aide for a skilled nursing facility!!rn Schedule Needed: Part-time and full-timern Opportunity for extra shifts available via vacation coverage.rn General Job Functions (Assist Cook):rn Assist in preparing and cooking food according to menu directions and standardized recipes. Assist in Preparing and serving meals that are palatable and appetizing. Assist in preparing and cooking food in a safe, efficient, sanitary manner.rn Serves meals according to diet specifications and portion control procedures. Assures meals are served timely (according to posted tray delivery schedule) managing tray line production.Stores leftover foods in appropriate containers and appropriately labels food items.rn Maintains kitchen sanitiation (including dishwashing). Prepares/delivers snacks and nourishments as required.rn -Employees working 30 hours or more per week entitled to health benefits after 30 days.rn - Receive $50 sign on bonus after 3 months of employment :rnrn Requirements/Preferences:rn - Kitchen experience required rn - Must be able to read a recipern - Must be able to read, write and understand Englishrn - Able to follow oral and written instructionsrn - Works effectively with others (TEAMWORK)rn - Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!rnrn Salary based on past experience.
