Comfort Care Hospice

Comfort Care Hospice is a licensed and certified hospice program located in The Colony, TX. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) to offer hospice services. We provide comprehensive end of life care based on the patient and family needs and as prescribed by our hospice interdisciplinary team. We accept medicare, medicaid and major insurance plans.
