Centre Yoga

I believe that when you come into a yoga studio, you leave your shoes at the door and roll out your mat, which symbolizes leaving your inhibitions and the stress of everyday at the door too. Then you enter a room of peace and tranquility. Our mats are our private space which we own, and it is our choice on what we do on our mat. Some days we may be tired, and some full of energy, we have to just listen to our bodies and then let it flow. Follow your body and mind, let it take you for a ride. What's important is that you come and show up on your mat and the rest will follow. Let it come, let it go, let it flow​."
