SUMMARY:rnThe following is a brief description of responsibilities to be performed by the DC Distro Clerk. rnJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:rnrnESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:rn• Complete all counts and verification on Purchase Orders in the hang and flat processing departments.rn• Assure accurate counts and PO verifications are done before turning PO’s into the Receiving/ Control office.rn• Identify shortage/overage on Purchase orders and immediately informing the Processing department Leads and Supervisor and researching and resolving most discrepancies.rn• Constant communication with Allocations in order to maintain continuous workflow. rn• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor and Leadrn• Maintain & exceed minimum performance requirements & accuracyrn• Responsible for Housekeeping & Safety.rn• Interaction with D.C. Operations Managers, D.C. Supervisors, D.C. Leads, Control room receivers and QC associates for P.O. discrepancies rnrnQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:rn• Be familiar with warehouse environment and proceduresrn• Ability to work in high pace/high volume environmentrn• Detailed orientedrn• Assure that orders are filled accuratelyrn• Follow processes consistentlyrn• Work safelyrn• Assist team members as backup when requiredrn• Work independentlyrn• Works well under pressurern• Multi task orientedrn• Good communication skillsrn• Must be a team playerrn• Must be 18 years of age or olderrnrnEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:rn• High School Graduate or GED preferred. rn• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) required. rn• Good Problem solving skillsrn• Good math skills rn• Independent worker with strong work ethics required. rnrnLANGUAGE SKILLS:rn• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. rn• Strong verbal and written communication.rn• Proficient in English (Reading and Writing)rnrnCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:rn• N/ArnrnPHYSICAL DEMANDS:rnThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
