Growing company located in Fresno has an immediate opening for anrnExperienced DispatcherrnrnrnrnImagine yourself in a position that is critical to the company’s smooth operation. As a full time employee, you will play an integral role by inputting driver performance data, setting delivery appointments and preparation of routing next day deliveries. As a Dispatcher, your day will be very fast paced – pulling samples, auditing driver returns, delivering invoices, answering phones, inputting invoices and assigning drivers for transit while supporting sales personnel, drivers and customers.rnrnrn A SAMPLE OF DUTIESrnrn• Track progress of drivers along route by using company’s computer system and equipmentrn• Check drivers in and out of terminal and transfer trip records into company’s filesrn• Handle any requests and resolve complaints from customersrn• Schedule truck maintenance and repairs, as neededrn• Ensure that annual inspections of trucks and trailers are done timelyrn• Manage Medical Re-certifications, CDL Renewals, etc.rnrnrn REQUIREMENTSrnrn• Must have extensive trucking dispatch experience rn• Knowledge of the Construction fieldrn• Willing to work various shiftsrn• Must have computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpointrn• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environmentrn• Must be able to follow company policies and proceduresrn• Must have good communication and phone skillsrn• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferredrn• Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices and drivers’ manifestsrn• Qualifications on pre-employment and drug screeningrnrnIf you are a strong warehouse professional, eager to advance career potential, we encourage you to apply immediately and learn more about this exciting opportunity. rnrnPlease send resume to: [email protected] salary and benefits and great location!rnrnrnPrincipals Only - No Phone Calls PleasernNo Relocation - Local Candidates OnlyrnAn Equal Opportunity Employer
