Groundskeeper and caretaker

Full time live out position on estate in Watermill. $17.50 an hour ($26.25 overtime). Tuesday through Saturday. Overtime in summer months. rnrnDuties include: Maintaining inside of home, keeping grounds presentable, washing windows,patio and lawn furniture,rncleaning dock, boat and water sports equipment (summer), sweeping porches, maintaining light fixtures, cleaning and maintaining outdoor grills/fireplaces, driveways/ gates, Shoveling pathways (winter)rnrnMust be honest, have a good work ethic and positive attitude. rnMust be able to lift 50 pounds, climb up and down ladders and be able to manipulate small hand tools.
