Demonstrate an ability to deal with change, make decisions and implement creative solutions.
You should have good memory and an ability to give clear - concise and factual feedback.
In the end, what we need to know is one thing, if the customers are satisfied.
Description:
The Customer Service Manager maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; managing staff.
In this role the candidate would manage the day to day operations of our customer service team.

In addition the Customer Service Manager will support our internal Operations team managing Telemarketing call centres, Door-to-Door Sales teams and other marketing partners.
