Each staff member, parent, and child is respected at Happy Faces regardless of age, gender or culture. Happy Faces recognizes that each child has unique educational and developmental needs. Our staff is fully qualified to address the needs of each child. There is a program in place at Happy Faces to ensure that each staff member is provided continual education through appropriate classes, seminars and workshops. Staff members with CPR and First Aid certification are ALWAYS on duty.

Happy Faces Early Learning Center is always a clean and safe environment. The children are praised by Happy Faces staff as much as possible and are good role models for children. The turnover rate for the staff at Happy Faces is exceptionally low with an average length of service of over 10 years. At Happy Faces, children are motivated to learn through fun and exciting activities.
