customer service representative

I am looking for a customer service representative that can help me attend to customers and keep up to date with all my activities. I am currently in Canada for a personal business and i will be back to the state ending of this month. No interview for now until we meet in person,as my customer service representative your activites amongst other things will include: Provide Customer Service to my existing clients,Investigate customer's problems and find solutions,Recieved and send payment,Process product exchanges and returns of issue refunds to customers,Running personal errands. He/she must have a good organizational skills in customer service experience in sales, computer proficiency, including a strong working knowledge and experience with use of email, internet, and Microsoft office.
