Seeking an experienced customer service representative for established company located in Rancho Cucamonga.

The right individual should have strong communication skills, Image Conscious, a strong desire to excel, self motivated and professional.
• Communicates with customers, homeowners, contractors and adjusters both face to face and over the phone, receives incoming orders, delivers complete orders, and enters information into computer.
• Self-driven, detail oriented and have demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills, both in house and off site tasks
• High level of integrity combined with a desire to serve and help people
• Should be able to carry 40 pounds without difficulty, work in all types of environments and maintain consistent productivity over their shift.
• A basic understanding of Microsoft Office products is required.
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, have a clean background check & clean DMV Record
