Growing tech firm is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about the status of finished parts and to handle and resolve customer request.rnrn Essential Functions: -Receives customers' requests by telephone or email, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who can best provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person. rn-Traces status of work orders through Plant Manager and Shipping Department. -Resolves customer questions related to orders, takes orders as needed. -Maintains liaison with other departments for order completion.rn -Responds to customers' requests via telephone or email. -Learn and develop knowledge of parts identification, delivery time and drop ship items. rnPrepares and forwards preliminary paperwork to returns on problem orders and parts not received. rnrnMinimum Requirements:rn -High school education or equivalent.rn -At least one year of customer relations experiencern Ebay & Craigslist experiencern Experience in public relations or sales are highly desirable. -Bilingual -Spanish-English a plus.rnrn***health insurance & 401k offered after 6 mos of employment****
