Journeymen and Trainees are welcome to apply.rnrnJob Duties & Responsibilitiesrnrn-Performs work required for the construction and installation of electrical systems for residential, commercial and industrial work projects rn-Capable of panel upgrades/replacement, partial rewires, new installations.rn-Diagnose and repair shorts, failures, vandalism.rn- Repairs malfunctions by such methods as replacing burned out elements, fuses, and replacing defective wiringrn- Installs fixtures, wiring conduits, motors, and other electrical equipmentrn- Inspects circuits for specified shielding and groundingrn- Work responsibly using personal and company supplied tools and equipmentrn- Performs all job duties following all established safety standardsrn- Locates and determines electrical malfunctions using test equipmentrnrnRequirementsrn- Valid driver's licensern- Reliable transportationrn- Thorough knowledge of the electrical tradern- Work independently without supervision rn- Fast and clean work- leave no mess-no leaks or shoddy work.rn- Stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift/carry up to 50lbs 100 feetrn- Ability to climb ladders rn- Work around dirt, dust and other construction environsrn- Use basic hand and power tools as requiredrn- Able to supply their own personal tools per established tool listrn- Ability to communicate with co-workers and Foreman in Englishrn- Able to read instructions and follow safety rules and regulations
