Job Descriptionrn•Provide technical support for computers and associated networks.rn•Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network, PC software, VoIP telephones, cables, and connectors.rn•Install and maintain baseline software configurations as directed.rn•Connect personal computers, terminals, printers and mobile devices to existing data networks.rn•Maintain network diagrams and connectivity records.rn•Maintain trouble logs.rn•Instruct users in the use of personal computers, and on office software.rn•Maintain warehouse product information up to date.rn•Basic office duties include, data entry, reports, and many other projects.rnrnRequirements/Backgroundrnrnrn•Minimum 2 years Helpdesk experience or informational technology related fieldrn•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Spanish.rn•Ability to troubleshoot technical and computer/network related issuesrn•Can demonstrate an understanding of various PC tools used such as remote access tools, Microsoft office Suite, Photoshop, installing and removing software, printer devices and similar activitiesrn•Must enjoy assisting people in need of technical assistance in a tactful mannerrn•Ability to focus on work assignment through to completion.rn•Ability to lift 40lbs or more.rn•A+ Certification is a plus, but not required.rnrnrnPlease e-mail your resume to ( [email protected] )or come in person to 150 Russell st, City of Industry CA, 91744 for an application.
