Schedule Coordinator - Aviation
Manpower Florence is now hiring a Schedule Coordinator for our client, a private jet operation, located in Hebron who provides global charter services, aircraft management, and innovative membership programs. They are a company that recognizes its employees as the heart of their business and the force that drives their success.rnrnThe Schedule Coordinator is a role within the charter sales and optimization teams responsible for optimizing the schedule, approving charter quotes, sourcing 3rd party lift and supporting wholesale sales trip support functions. All work completed must meet the service, quality and financial goals as set by the company. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and a strong ability to work to a deadline while under pressure.rnrnResponsibilitiesrn· Meet and exceed established charter sales and gross margin goals that will be set by the company and may change from time to time.rn· Identify opportunities to assist in the optimization of the internal fleet and the identification of trips targeted for outsourcing.rn· Search for supplemental lift for trips that are identified as needing affiliate lift options.rn· Conform with standard operating and risk management procedures for signing-off and purchasing lift as established by the company.rn· Actively participate in quote and package approvals as necessary in support of charter sales and schedule optimization.rn· Actively participate in trip support functions in support of wholesale sales trip fulfillment, including scheduling, itineraries and follow-up.rn· Be willing to travel on company business to meetings or industry events.rn· Demonstrate work schedule flexibility as needed to ensure adequate coverage of the optimization team including weekend and out of hours coverage as required.rn· Perform other duties and/or special projects or events as assigned by the Director of Revenue Management & Affiliate Lift or higher authority.rnrnQualificationsrn· Excellent prioritization and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.rn· Creative problem resolution skills.rn· The ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external customers.rn· A bachelor's degree in aviation, or equivalent experience.rn· Excellent written and oral communication skills.rn· Expert negotiating capabilities and strong closing skills.rn· Able to work a flexible schedule, which could include nights, weekends, and holidays.rn· Demonstrate a high level of self motivation and a willingness to continually learn.rnrnJoin a company with an outstanding reputation, stability, and professionalism. rnrnApply now!
